While it does help on the subsequent washes until it washes out completely, it gets frizzier each day. I waited until I had washed my hair a few times before trying it again and have used it about four or five times now since I got it, it says the product lasts through 3-4 shampoos. It was a definite improvement over my usual routine, but I still ended up with frizz as the day went on. I rough dried my hair until it was about 80% dry and then switched over to a blow dry brush to get the heat/tension combo needed to achieve the smoothest end result. That really shocked me, I thought for sure it would end up greasy from using that much. I was pleasantly surprised that even when you use a lot of this product, it does not weigh your hair down or make it greasy AT ALL. I used a good amount of the product and combed it all through my hair to make sure everything was saturated with it.
I was so hoping this product would be a game changer, but I just can't quite give it five stars. I have very fine hair that is prone to frizzing like crazy, it's a very difficult texture to work with in the summer (well, pretty much all year it's difficult to work with, but doubly so in the summer). I think this is a great product and I've seen how well it works on others, but I just haven't had the same results myself.
